Pitch: what problem are you trying to solve?

I would like to template an average of 12 months, however, if say for example I have only been using AB for 4 months, it will still calculate the other 8 months as 0, throwing off the average. While semantically, this make sense, it requires you to +1 to the average # months template each month until a year has passed. Perhaps this is too niche of an issue and may cause added confusion.

Describe your ideal solution to this problem

Only include months in the average where budget data is present. This would ensure it would account for situations like average 12 months where the user has been active for less than a year.
