What happened?

When using Actual behind a cloudflare tunnel, the app used reload the budget URL in order to load the login page if the server was not accessible. This is no longer happening and the app just returns a fatal error with no details. The page can be force refreshed to load the login page (ctrl-shift-r). Im guessing that the service worker change for plugins broke this.

How can we reproduce the issue?

Access Actual behind a cloudlfare tunnel with zero trust authentication. Once the authentication expires the app will crash.
