What happened?

I can't figure out from the logs where is the limitation. I use gocardless to sync bank accounts. I connect to the bank correctly, but I only get 10 out of the 19 accounts on the bank. This bank allows you to set budgets and set aside money, so that's the reason of the number.

Is this a limitation on the software? I would say that gocardless returns a JSON with everything also I don't see documented this limit, but can't be 100% sure. Thanks in advance.

How can we reproduce the issue?

Try to sync from one source where there are more than 10 accounts?

Where are you hosting Actual?

Docker

What browsers are you seeing the problem on?

Vivaldi

Please reach out on discord for issues with bank syncing. Its most likely an issue with gocardless, but you can double check by looking at the data returned by the sync in the browser console.
