Pitch: what problem are you trying to solve?

Current functionality is that uncategorized transactions don't affect the budget at all. This is ok as there is always the big red warning at the top when there are uncategorized transactions. It would be nice if those transactions did show up on budget, maybe in their own category. That way total-balance+to-budget would match the on budget total at all times and lead to less potential confusion. It would also serve to give a quick view as to how much funds are not assigned categories.

Describe your ideal solution to this problem

Likely add a category for uncategorized transactions that only shows up when needed. It could sit at the very top of the budget table to be easily seen.

Teaching and learning

Tweaks to the docs, but this would be mostly self explanatory.
