📄 Description

Change the sync error message to not point users to opening an issue ticket. Most of the issues are with severs not being accessible or not setup properly. This should reduce the number of issue tickets that aren't code issues. example #7488

Description

Reword the error to point the user to debugging their server instead of opening an issue ticket.
