This PR adds the four https://github.com/catppuccin/catppuccin color palette flavors as custom themes for Actual Budget:

  • Catppuccin Latte - Light theme with warm, creamy tones
  • Catppuccin Frappé - Medium dark with softer contrast
  • Catppuccin Macchiato - Darker variant between Frappé and Mocha
  • Catppuccin Mocha - Darkest flavor with deep purple-tinted blacks

Color Palette Breakdown

Each theme's 6 colors represent: Base, Crust, Surface0, Mauve (accent), Blue (links), Text
