Description

Ran into a couple of issues when running the server in the Playwright tests. Mainly that we're unable to start the server due to dependencies not built for the right node version (due to the playwright docker image).

This needs to be separated from the other PR so the /update-vrt command can be run (workflow is read from master), so it needs merged first.
