This fixes https://github.com/actualbudget/actual/issues/6804

Introduced in PR #6667

The issue was caused by incorrect dependency arrays in useEffect hooks that were causing the date picker to reset when using keyboard navigation. This PR fixes the dependency arrays to prevent unnecessary re-renders.
