What happened?

On mobile when choosing switch file from the budget view, there should be a budget switcher modal that opens. Now when choosing switch file, you get navigated to the file management page.

How can we reproduce the issue?

Have two budgets available and open one of them on mobile.

Choose "Switch budget file" in the menu under the Actual logo.

See that you get navigated to the file management page instead of getting the file selection modal

Where are you hosting Actual?

None

What browsers are you seeing the problem on?

No response

I removed this modal in https://github.com/actualbudget/actual/pull/6728 to unify the file switching experience and logic.
