What happened?

The balance chart on any account screen still shows the account balance when hovered when details are hidden/obscured.

How can we reproduce the issue?

  1. Go to account summary screen
  2. Show the balance chart
  3. Click the eye icon to hide/obscure numbers and details
  4. Hover over the balance chart

Where are you hosting Actual?

Docker

What browsers are you seeing the problem on?

Microsoft Edge

Operating System

Windows 11

  1. The number is hidden when not hovering, but visible when hovering:

  1. All other numbers are hidden when the mode is enabled. That's the point. It shouldn't be visible until hidden mode is turned off.

All numbers show when they are hovered while in privacy mode. That number is showing the hovered month so its consistent behavior.
