What happened?

If you open the modal for importing a budget file, the app gets really slow and bogged down. Resource usage is pretty high when mousing over the buttons.

How can we reproduce the issue?

Go the the file select page and choose to import a file.

Mouse around and see that the app is much slower than it should.

Where are you hosting Actual?

None

What browsers are you seeing the problem on?

No response

Not happening anymore. I don't know what was causing this before but it was happening on both the demo and my local install.
