What happened?

When I create account transactions that are dated in the future and do not convert them into a schedule (for example, if I enter 10 future payments but do not want to create a schedule for each one), the account balance shown in the left sidebar includes all future transactions.

I would expect the account balance in the sidebar to only reflect transactions up to today, not including future-dated transactions.

How can we reproduce the issue?

  • Create one or more account transactions with a future date
  • Do not create a schedule for these transactions
  • Check the account balance displayed in the left sidebar

Expected behavior:
The account balance should only include transactions up to the current date.

Actual behavior:
The account balance includes future-dated transactions.

Where are you hosting Actual?
