Pitch: what problem are you trying to solve?

Usually, my payday is around the 11th day of the month. On the 1st day, I don't know the exact amount that I will take, and it's very difficult to make a budget program without knowing the exact amount.

Describe your ideal solution to this problem

I think the ideal solution it's to make a select field in settings where I can choose the starting day of the budget program. So that I can choose when to start and be sure to program the budget when I know the exact amount of my monthly income.

I think simply put it in the changelog or in the release notes

I found out only now that it is a duplicate of #975, but I still think it will be a very useful feature. If my payday is at the end of the month, I can adapt, but if it's in the middle, it's very difficult to adapt
