Pitch: what problem are you trying to solve?

In the account view, when a transaction's note is very long, then it gets shortened by an ellipsis (…).
The only way to see the full note is to click into it to enter edit mode and scroll through.

Describe your ideal solution to this problem

On mouse hover the full note could be displayed in a tooltip, similar to how it's already done for e.g. the notes field in the budget view.

Teaching and learning

It should be pretty intuitive, as it is relatively common for truncated text to reveal itself fully on mouse hover.
