Google's Gemini came up with the following on how to access right-click menus on various OS. Is this the type of thing you were wanting, or just a simple note that right-click context menus are available throughout Actual (see your OS on how to access them). Do you want each location of context menus noted and their content list? Should this be it's own page? It IS noteworthy that only some are enabled on mobile.

In Windows, the standard action for the right-click is to open a context menu with options specific to the item selected. This functionality is common across various operating systems, though the method of execution may differ.
On Windows
With a Mouse/Trackpad: Simply press the right button on your mouse or the right-hand corner of your trackpad.
With a Keyboard:
Press the Menu key (sometimes called the "applications key"), which looks like a cursor over a menu (often found to the right of the spacebar between the right Windows and right Control keys).
Alternatively, you can press Shift + F10 on your keyboard to open the context menu for a selected item.
Windows 11 Specific: In Windows 11, the default right-click menu is a simplified version. To see the full, classic menu from Windows 10, click "Show more options" at the bottom of the menu, or hold down the Shift key while right-clicking.
On Other Operating Systems
macOS:
Control-click: Hold down the Control key while clicking with the mouse button.
Two-finger tap/click: On a MacBook trackpad or Magic Trackpad, you can enable "Secondary click" in System Preferences, then perform a right-click by tapping or clicking with two fingers.
Magic Mouse: Enable "Secondary click" in the Mouse settings within System Preferences to use the right side of the mouse as a right-click button.
Linux (KDE Desktop Environment): The default setting often allows for a right-click by clicking in the bottom right corner of the trackpad, but this can be configured in settings.
For systems with touchscreens (like tablets), a right-click action is typically performed by pressing and holding an item for a few seconds until a menu appears.

It probably should be simple. Maybe just say right click for context menus or ctrl-click on Mac. I don't know how Mac does it so you would have to confirm with someone who uses mac
