Mobile transactions: add "Change upcoming length" #2799

Pitch: what problem are you trying to solve?

In the recently created schedules page for mobile, I realized that there isn't an option to change the length of time that scheduled transactions are to be displayed in the
account register page. I think that adding it to the menu when you hit the "schedules" link that is the header of that page would be a good place to put it.

Describe your ideal solution to this problem

As another menu item when you select the link at the top of the page "schedules" which will allow the drop down to select the option (same options as on desktop version)
