[Bug]: Mobile account delayed scroll feels juttery #2699

What happened?

When scrolling on the mobile account view, there seems to be a shirt delay for scrolling, maybe 1/4 second or so. I don't remember this in previous releases and the new behavior feels jittery and not as smooth. There is also a delay when bulk selecting items that feels like it is too long.

I'm not sure if you'll be able to sense the behavior from a screen grab, but I've posted one anyways. I can replicate this on the demo site with the demo budget. The scrolling lag is more apparent on my personal budget with more entries.
