[Bug]: Cash Flow graph widget in refresh loop #2686

What happened?

On my reports page, I somehow got in a state where a Cash Flow graph widget was constantly refreshing. At least that's my guess, given the "Income" and "Expenses" labels for the bar chart elements kept blanking out and reappearing. I noticed this because the fans on my computer started running high. I got a screen shot from the browser task manager while this was happening, but I couldn't get a screen recording of the misbehaving widget (the refreshing was sporadiac and always seemed to stop when I was trying to get a recording).

FWIW, on my Mac (which was also experiencing the same issue), things got so bad that I was seeing Fatal Error popups and OutOfMemory errors in the JavaScript console. Refreshing the page seemed to rectify things.
