  • I have searched and found no existing issue

Is this related to GoCardless, Simplefin or another bank-sync provider?

  • I have checked my server logs and could not see any errors there
  • I will be attaching my server logs to this issue
  • I will be attaching my client-side (browser) logs to this issue
  • I understand that this issue will be automatically closed if insufficient information is provided

What happened?

An unknown error occurred while importing. Unsure how to redact the file, as it's years of data. Can I submit it privately, as I do not want it publicly available for just anyone to download.

👋 Is this importing from nynab (these docs)?

Depending on your comfort level/expertise you could try the steps to export via an API key. If you get stuck you can post on here for help and support.

Alternatively, if you don't want to share the file you are trying to upload on GitHub then you could join the actual discord and could maybe send it to someone on discord.

Also im surprised that you got an xml file from exporting, I would have expected you to get a json file.
