Verified issue does not already exist?

  • I have searched and found no existing issue

What happened?

I tried to create a split transaction and nothing happened when I clicked. I switched to Microsoft Edge and it worked perfectly, so this is probably Firefox specific. I also think this bug is new to v25.11.

How can we reproduce the issue?

In Firefox, try creating a split transaction.

Where are you hosting Actual?

Fly.io

What browsers are you seeing the problem on?

Firefox

Operating System

Windows 11

I'm seeing this on the electron/desktop app as well. It's definitely new with v25.11. I'm not sure on the steps to reproduce yet, but it appears you get one functional use of the split transaction "category" button and then it breaks until you restart the app.

Hi @matt-fidd , thank you for investigating this and opening the pull request last year.
Unfortunately this issue seems to still happen for me with version 26.2.0 and Firefox 147.0.2.
Could you maybe have another look at it?
