What happened?

Keep getting the "Unable to authenticate with server" pop-up, but the server status button shows as "server online".

To reconnect, I go to "change server URL" and after selecting the server, I get redirected to bootstrapping before logging in.
After I logged in, I select the file, and I get prompted to sync the file to the cloud.

This happens every couple of minutes.

Log in, select file and work on it for a bit. Don't sync or do anything for a couple of minutes. Try to sync

Fly.io

What browsers are you seeing the problem on?

Sounds like your server is not persisting some necessary files.

Either way - please use the community discord for tech support. We don't use Github issues for that.
