What happened?

When creating a custom report, some reports display the date in number format. However the number format displayed does not match the date format set in the preferences in the budget.

I have set MMDDYY, and the custom reports will display YYMMDD.

How can we reproduce the issue?

Attempt to create a new custom report.
For Split select (INTERVAL)
For Interval select (DAILY or WEEKLY)

It will display the dates for any availble graph using these options with the YYMMDD convention contrary to whatever preference is set. (In this case my preferemce is set to MMDDYY)
