📄 Description

Update goal template doc to reflect actual behavior. Fixes issue #6541

Tested various scenarios as described in issue above and doc is now correct. Did not test all variations of all template types.

Updated images for category and group dropdown menus. (New images optimized for web using PS, png-8 with minimal colors.)

Deleted old images.
