[Bug]: GoCardless with Paypal - Wrong Balance since PayPal outtake by end of August #2440

What happened?

In the end of august PayPal had an outtake: money wasn't correctly booked by direct debit. In the meantime all payments seem to be booked correctly: the PayPal App notes a balance of 0.
In Actual the balance of PayPal is negative since the date of the outtake. Here a screenshot:

My assumption:
It seems that the starting balance is used for calculating the saldo. Since the outtake this value has not changed anymore.

How can we reproduce the issue?

I cannot.

Where are you hosting Actual?

Docker

What browsers are you seeing the problem on?

Firefox

Please use discord for bank sync troubles. Chances are that the data being sent over by gocardless is the problem.
