What happened?

The resize indicator/handle is almost invisible on dark themes. This makes discoverability an issue, depending on which reports the user has (it is more visible on some reports).

How can we reproduce the issue?

Set budget to dark theme (effects both themes).

Add some custom reports. Edit the dashboard. Notice the resize indicator in the bottom-right corner.

Where are you hosting Actual?

Docker

What browsers are you seeing the problem on?

Chrome
