Pitch: what problem are you trying to solve?

Hi, this is my first ticket here.

I started using actual a year ago and shared it with a lot of people, some older family members in Ethiopia. everyone loves using it but it is difficult for them to match their income and budget for the month because Ethiopia uses their own calendar system.

It has 13 months with the 13th month being 5 days or 6 on leap year.

I want to do some work to add the ability to choose calendar system, would anyone be able to help direct me to the right place and resources on how can I can make those changes? and most importantly how to make sure they will get release so my work is not wasted.
