What happened?

I am trying to setup sync with HSBC personal and the app says:

The GoCardless seems to be seeing the feed of data just fine
Synchronisation of Lloyds personal works also just fine

please help

How can we reproduce the issue?

I have no idea
I guess through linking HSBC personal account

Where are you hosting Actual?

Other

What browsers are you seeing the problem on?
