What happened?

I switched the budgeting style from the Envelope to Tracking, and the Budgeted column was cleared for all the months.

How can we reproduce the issue?

  • In the Budget page, set amounts in the budgeted column of your expense categories
  • Go to the Settings page
  • Switch to the Tracking Budgeting style
  • Go back to the Budget page
  • The Budgeted column would be empty now
  • Switching back to the Envelope style populates the column again.

Where are you hosting Actual?

Desktop App (Electron)

What browsers are you seeing the problem on?

This is expected as the two different budgets are fundamentally different so they each have their own values.

Delete Branch "%!s()"

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
