What happened?

The new feature added via PR #5085 does not honor the hidden value UI setting and displays the accounts value as cleartext.

How can we reproduce the issue?

Hide your budget values using the "open eye / closed eye" switch icon (icon set to close eye).
Next, however over the sidebar nav and see your accounts values as cleartext where all other values are hidden.
