[Bug]: GoCardless Bank Account Linking failing with code 404 #2237

What happened?

A bug happened!

I've been syncing two accounts with no issues. Recently they are both failing to sync. When trying to reauthenticate, after selecting the country and the bank, I get a blank webpage and Actual gives the following error:

An error occurred while linking your account, sorry! The potential issue could be: Request failed with status code 404

I've unlinked the account and tried relinking but get the same error

How can we reproduce the issue?

GoCardless status page is showing the bank in question is experiencing issues and has been temporary suspeded.
