[Bug]: Mobile to budget "move to a category" option doesn't work #2196

What happened?

On mobile:
press the to budget value
press the value
choose "move to a category"
select a category and press "transfer"

nothing happens

Looks like something changed with the amount input. Before, that was auto focused when the modal is first opened. To workaround the current bug, you have to click first on the amount input and then select a category.
