What happened?

It is very tricky to use the pull to refresh action to start syncing your bank account on mobile. I have to try 5-10 times before succeeding, every day. It is unclear where to pull and how long to pull. A complementary manual sync button would be useful, also for introducing the feature to new users.

How can we reproduce the issue?

Use on mobile

Where are you hosting Actual?

Self hosted

What browsers are you seeing the problem on?

To add to this:
Pull-to-sync only works after schedules are loaded. And sometimes loading schedules takes a while, so also pull-to-sync is unresponsive in this time.

I can reliably reproduce this on my phone, but have not yet been able to find a patch for this issue. If we can make the pull-to-sync interaction work BEFORE schedules are loaded - that should solve this bug too.
