📄 Description

Tooltips were being cut off by the widgets below them due to the grid's stacking order. I've updated the widget container to increase its z-index on hover, ensuring the active card (and its tooltip) always stays on top.

This is primarily an issue for the "Net Worth Graph" (when set to "Stacked"); with many accounts, the tooltip becomes large enough to overflow the widget card and get obscured by the cards below it.
