Verified issue does not already exist?

  • I have searched and found no existing issue

What happened?

When I click 'add account', a red error comes up saying something went wrong internally and asking me to report this on github.

When I choose 'Create a local account', the local account creation form comes up. After filling it and choosing 'create,' the box goes away but no account has been created. When I choose 'Set Up SimpleFIN for Bank sync,' the box to enter my token comes up. If I will that with my token and click, 'Save and continue,' it enters into an indefinate spinning loading animation.

I have accounts already in my Actual file, both On Budget and Off, all connected through SimpleFIN. Those update when I aske them to just fine. Adding a new account produces the issues above.

Thanks for responding @alecbakholdin. Here you go. (Console log comes up with command-option-i on Mac, I had to look for that as the command you recommend seems to be for Windows.)

I had the same issue (server logs were identical as far as I can tell). I just pulled the latest version of the server and no longer have the issue.
