Verified feature request does not already exist?

  • I have searched and found no existing issue

💻

  • Would you like to implement this feature?

Pitch: what problem are you trying to solve?

When users create a schedule, they can edit it as a rule and add some extra actions. But when users create a rule themselves, then they cannot link a schedule as action.

For example: I have a subscription on a services that is payed yearly. So I create a schedule for that service. In the rule I set a note and a category when the transaction is made.
But the service is quite expensive, so I set aside a piece of the full amount each month. I want to create a rule to link that transaction to the schedule.

Describe your ideal solution to this problem

Add an action to link schedules to transactions.
