What happened?

I have been running the program locally without a server for the past three months without any issues. Recently, I encountered a problem with importing OFX data. I tried reinstalling the program, but the issue persists. When I click on the reports button, the program gets stuck in a loop and fails to load. It indicates that there is a new version available, but when I attempt to install it, it states that my version is up to date. I am currently using version 25.2.0.0 and unable to download version 25.2.1.0. I downloaded a fresh version on a different computer, and it will not let me create an account. It will blink once and does not do anything. Any help would be appreciated.
