Pitch: what problem are you trying to solve?

I'm frequently using the "Expand all" and "Collapse all" selections in the Category dropdown menu in the Budget view. It would be useful to have keyboard shortcuts corresponding to these actions.

Describe your ideal solution to this problem

YNAB has Ctrl-Down and Ctrl-Up shortcuts for expand all and collapse all, respectively. That's probably a reasonable choice.
