Description
Hi, I received this message while trying to do a bank sync using multiple accounts and SimpleFin -> "Something internally went wrong. You may want to restart the app if anything looks wrong. Please report this as a new issue on Github."
I restarted the web server and even php-fpm for good measure but the issue keeps coming up.
I'm self hosted using nginx as a reverse proxy and a LetsEncrypt cert.
Is there a way for me to get a more detailed description of what went wrong?

This issue was moved from the AB documentation repo.

Update:
I copied the broken directory and then updated using 'git pull' and 'yarn start' and I'm still seeing the same issue on a current build of Actual.
I also exported my data and tried to close the broken file and got the same error. When I try to close the file it just shows the spinning circle animation and says "Closing..." and never completes.
Also, trying to re-import the exported data works but fails with the same error as before.
So, something seems to have gone wrong with my database?
Update 2:
I unlinked all the accounts and re-added them. Everything but my Credit Union accounts is working fine and the app isn't throwing the error anymore. My checking and HELOC accounts are not syncing correctly though. The HELOC doesn't show up at all in the link accounts screen and the checking isn't current since 12/26 when it last synced.
I'll contact SimpleFIN too but from the outside it looks like Actual was asking for data that wasn't being provided and then erroring out?

Could you reach out in the support channel on Discord for this please? It sounds similar to a couple of other bugs we've seen in there.

What was the solution to this issue? I'm also experiencing it

===============
As of today I'm still trying to get SimpleFIN to tell me what's going on between my credit union and them. Sync completes successfully but I don't get any transactions. That's not an issue with Actual though and I was able to do a .csv import from my bank's data. It's mainly that I have $15 in SimpleFIN and it's way more convenient to press a button.
