Verified feature request does not already exist?

  • I have searched and found no existing issue

💻

  • Would you like to implement this feature?

Pitch: what problem are you trying to solve?

Creating custom reports that show category-wise income and expenses breakdown over a long range of time is currently difficult as the first category breakdown row is not frozen in data tables. This makes horizontal scrolling difficult even on big screens and makes it impossible to obtain a big picture view of spending over a time period longer than 3 months.

Describe your ideal solution to this problem

The ideal solution is to have an option to freeze columns and rows, or to automatically freeze the first row and first column in data tables. This feature is natively available in YNAB, for example.
