What happened?

So im hosting my actualbudget on pikapods. Now a week ago my gocardless sync stopped working. I tried to reauthorize but it just times out after authorizing go cardless to get my transactions.

Already amex stopped working (their API is discontinoued so nothing actualbudget can do) but if my other bank stopped working as well i have to look for alternative apps.

How can we reproduce the issue?

Try to onboard an bank in EU again (sweden).

Where are you hosting Actual?

Pikapods

What browsers are you seeing the problem on?

Firefox

Operating System

Hi, I'll piggy back on this thread with a similar issue, not sure where to report it. But I run Actual Server on Docker and facing this issue with Deutsche Bank specifically. I had to reauth. my other Bank sync (Revolut) after the update 25.8.0 but that worked. I did not find any issue-warning on Go-Cardless Status & docs, but Deutshce Bank did update all of their online systems at the end of August now. Sth could be broken.
-- Tested on Opera, Firefox and Edge, same bahaviour: Go-Cardless 1st redirect screen pops up and asks for my branch and account numbers, it then jumps back to my Actual page, without ever showing me the login screen from Deutsche Bank. In Actual it is then still in the screen below. The "click here" just closes the loop.

For all-issues related to bank-sync - please reach out to the community on Discord. Most times (99%) the issue is not in Actual and hence nothing we can do on our end to fix it.

@MatissJanis Are you guys aware that GCL does not offer the bank sync anymore so there is no way for EU users to sync data? I think this might be related.

So eu cannot in the feature sync bank accounts? Are you planning to add another provider? Or is it just manual all the way from here?
