What happened?

I tried doing #remainder up to 300 but it still allocates more than the up to limit

How can we reproduce the issue?

2025-07-31-My Finances.zip please see the example budget i created to illustrate the issue

Where are you hosting Actual?

What browsers are you seeing the problem on?
