Pitch: what problem are you trying to solve?

I would like to plan my budgets and spendings e.g. from 15th of a month to the next 15th of the next month. This is because e.g. I get my income at the 15th, so I would like to plan "my" custom month, beginning around the day of my salary

Describe your ideal solution to this problem

have a custom day in a month which starts a planning month
