[Feature] Make Category Balances More Visible. #1624

Pitch: what problem are you trying to solve?

Currently the budgeted, spent, and balances all have the same font size and style. However, since the balance is what we are most concerned about in our budget, it will be helpful if the balance is "popping out" to make it more visible to the user.

Describe your ideal solution to this problem

Some ideas on how this could be implemented -

  1. Make balances bold
  2. Change the background color of the cells
  3. Change the background color of entire columns
  4. Move around the numbers such that balance is on the top and the budgeted and spent are below
  5. Create a toggle to hide budgeted and spent columns

Teaching and learning

It's visible in the UI unless there are toggles or new settings introduced, in which case, add the settings to the docs.
