Pitch: what problem are you trying to solve?
Using GoCardless synchronization with my bank account, I noticed that the synchronized transactions have the Notes and Payee fields filled with the same value (see screenshot).
Describe your ideal solution to this problem
Assuming that GoCardless provides the data for the Notes field, it would be more useful and user-friendly if this field contained the actual note associated with the transaction, as shown in the bank account (see screenshot).
Without this information, categorizing the transaction becomes impossible, requiring a double-check with online banking.

The data in Actual depends on what the sync provider makes available. We manage bank sync support through the Discord so please feel free to join and open a support ticket to see if there's anything we can do.
