Pitch: what problem are you trying to solve?

While completing a usability evaluation, I identified that adding in-app help features like context-specific tooltips or info icons could make the software more approachable, especially for new users.

Currently, the help button at the top right is context-aware and directs users to the corresponding page of the documentation based on their location in the app. Building on this, I’m suggesting simple, in-app help elements to provide immediate assistance without requiring users to navigate to external documentation each time.

Describe your ideal solution to this problem

Add tooltips or hoverable info icons for specific terms, buttons, or features (for example, a brief description of rules or payees). These could offer concise explanations or definitions and link to the relevant documentation for more detail.
