[Feature] Option to display running balance in budget category "spent" view #1564

Pitch: what problem are you trying to solve?

The title is pretty self explanatiry. Although the feature is usually reserved for account view, I believe that I (and others) would personally find it exceptionally useful for categories that have both inflow and outflow to see the running balance.

Describe your ideal solution to this problem

Ideal solution would be just the same as the running balance feature that accounts have and could be implemented entirely client side as a running balance button by the 3 dots
