[Bug]: Reports page info tooltip gets stuck open #1540

What happened?

If you move the mouse around too fast the info tooltip gets stuck open on the report cards.

You can see in the image that there are multiple tooltips open. I was hovering the spending report at the time of the screenshot.

To recreate:

  1. make a few custom reports that have the data tootip. Bar charts work well
  2. move the mouse around quickly

Where are you hosting Actual?
