Pitch: what problem are you trying to solve?

On mobile, if you drop internet connection and then edit your budget it works offline. However, if you come back online a few minutes later it doesn't trigger a sync. This can leave the user confused because their last edits didn't sync.

Describe your ideal solution to this problem

Listen for the online event and when it fires trigger a budget sync.
