Description

In custom reports, when using the "last month" live date range, the include current month option is enabled by default. This disables that option entirely for the last month range since the requested range was last month.

The only reason I can think to allow the current month when using the "last month" range is if you wanted a data table to compare the last and current month. A spending analysis report may work for this though.
