[Bug]: CSV import fields mismatch #1278

What happened?

When importing a csv file previously exported by Actual, the fields are recognized incorrectly.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. export an account as CSV
  2. create a new account
  3. import the CSV from step 1
  4. the fields are not recognized correctly:

I understand that this can happen with “external” CSV files. However, for CSV files created by Actual itself, this setting should be set correctly automatically.
If “payee” or "notes" are contained in the header row, these columns should be assigned correctly by default.
